Welcome to Bucky’s Bar-B-Q. If you love good fresh wood-smoked barbecue in a casual family style setting, Bucky’s is your kinda place!
We start with fresh (never frozen) pork boston butts. Then we hand rub the meat with our special homemade seasoning, then throw them in the smoker for a full 16-18 hours. Real hickory wood-smoke makes them taste just right.
